Mary

Mary Roth brings diverse industry experience and a unique perspective to her role as a real estate advisor and Partner Agent of the EB Team at Compass. With fifteen years in the business, Mary leverages her extensive skill set to earn a stellar reputation among clients and peers alike. She believes in a personalized approach and the importance of fostering long-lasting relationships. Mary's commitment to serving each client's unique needs makes her a trusted guide through one of life's most significant decisions. Mary excels in communicating and negotiating efficiently and effectively between buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords. From Manhattan to Brooklyn, she enables clients to achieve their real estate objectives successfully and enjoyably. Her passion for real estate began in childhood, sparked by frequent trips to Manhattan and a keen interest in the city's history and architecture. Mary spent her free time studying real estate listings, gaining valuable knowledge about neighborhoods and buildings. After graduating from Lehigh University College of Business and Economics, Mary joined a major brokerage and later worked at a real estate auction company, further diversifying her expertise. Before her real estate career, Mary was a competitive equestrian show jumper, earning numerous national championships. This experience instilled in her the diligence, focus, commitment, and tenacity that she now applies as a real estate agent. When not in the field, Mary enjoys equestrian sports and exploring the city with her beloved Shiba Inu, whom she adopted from an agency in Union Square. Residing in Gramercy Park, Mary has a deep appreciation for New York City's offerings and its rich history. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and a proud supporter of several animal welfare organizations.
